We appreciate your help to validate the core concept of our CAAT crowdsourcing checklist system which is in development by CEMS.
Our goal is to design an efficient and user-friendly system which will be an open access platform for all health professions and simulation educators and assessors working with checklists.
The checklists in the system are completely customizable to adapt to your assessment needs, and can be converted to common formats that can then be used in a wide range of applications.
The system allows users to edit checklists which after undergoing a through review process can be integrated to the base checklist, in a similar fashion to other crowdsourcing platforms.
In the future we aim to develop a database of customizable checklists for a wide-variety of skills to be used in competency-based assessment.
In this pilot study we provide a checklist for urinary catheterization using a Foley catheter, this initial checklist will be used for validation of the system flow and function.

To participate in our study please follow these simple steps

2. Review the checklist provided, you may add, edit or delete items according to your opinions and personal experience. The pilot checklist is intended to assess Foley catheter insertion skill in medical interns or junior residents.

3. After you finish modifying the checklist, click the submit.

4. Please complete the survey and submit.

5. If you wish to keep a MS Word copy of the modified checklist you created, click the “Word file” button
